Which Suicide Squad Character Killed Robin

Suicide Squad director David Ayer just answered the question of “Who killed Robin?”.  Ever since Batman v. Superman hit theaters, fans questioned who was it that killed the boy wonder.  Both theatrical and uncut versions of BvS left the question unanswered until a recent interview with Empire Online.

“This is sort of my personal thing and maybe less about a larger connection. But Joker killed Robin and Batman basically smashes his teeth out and locks him up in Arkham Asylum. It’s in the asylum where Joker would have done the ‘damaged’ tattoo as a message to Batman saying, ‘You’ve damaged me. I was so beautiful before and now you’ve destroyed my face.’ That’s where the grill comes from.”

So there it is, Joker is NOT Jason Todd and Jason Todd is NOT Joker as speculated.

Suicide Squad is now playing in theaters nationwide.
